Choosing an agent to help you buy or sell a home is a big deal and research is important. Jacquie and I, along with our partners have been very fortunate to help quite a few people over the years, but numbers don't really matter. Below my note is the stats and awards we've won. I tried to not have this included but lost that battle. It is at the end though so a small victory I guess.
What we think is important and hope you will too is that in 2020 and 2021, each one of us has committed to helping ONLY 40 families buy or sell their homes. Why just 40? Well, there are quite a few teams out there who sell a lot of homes, and they do a good job. The problem is though the families rarely, if ever, work with the people they thought they were calling. Most of those "big" teams forget that real estate is about relationships, personal accountability to our clients, and one on one communication. Something not possible when you're selling over 50 homes a year. I know, I've done that.
We're intentionally returning to our roots and helping our clients personally because they deserve it, you deserve it!
